About the Recipe

Ingredients
Chicken Marinade
300g Chicken
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp yogurt
Sauce
1 tbsp butter
1 large yellow onion
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 can tomatoes
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp yogurt
Preparation
Step 1
Cut your chicken into evenly sized cubes.
Step 2
Mix your chicken marinade together and place your chicken in it. Refrigerate to rest for 30 minutes to 8 hours. I do this step all morning for the evening meal just to make it quick.
Step 3
Heat your pan with a little bit of olive oil. Take a pan and sauté your onion, garlic, and ginger together until the onion is soft.
Step 4
Add your spices, yogurt, tomatoes, butter, and mix until the butter is melted. Set your pan aside.
Step 5
Add your sautéed chicken to your sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
