Ingredients
500 g cake flour
7 g yeast
100 g sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
100 g butter
325 ml warm milk
1 egg
150 g raisins
60 g citrus peel
For the topping:
3 tbsp cake flour
2 tbsp water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, spices, and salt together using a slow hand mixer.
Step 2
Add the butter, milk, egg, and raisins, mixing slowly. While mixing, preheat your oven to 180°C and grease your pan with cooking spray.
Step 3
Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Step 4
Place the dough back in the mixing bowl and let it rise for 1 hour.
Step 5
Divide the dough into 12 balls and let them rise again for another hour.
Step 6
Decorate your buns with a line or two, then bake for 20–22 minutes.
