About the Recipe

Ingredients
Bolognese mixture
1 pack lasagna sheets
2 bay leaves
1 tsp oregano
500 ml pasta sauce
1 packet tomato paste
1 yellow onion
Salt and pepper to taste (about 1 tsp of each)
Cheese sauce mixture
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup flour
4 cups milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Place your lasagna sheets in lukewarm water to soak while you prepare the rest.
Step 3
Place one lasagna sheet at the bottom of your bread pan (mine is the same width as one sheet). Add a layer of cheese sauce on top, then a layer of the meat mixture. Repeat with another lasagna sheet and continue layering until your pan is full. Grate some of your favorite cheese over the top.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Check if your pasta is cooked by inserting a sharp knife. If the knife doesn’t slide through easily, bake for another 10 minutes.
