Ingredients

  • 2 kg prepared dough

  • 250 ml cream

  • 125 ml muscovado sugar

  • 100 g butter, cut into cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C and butter the sides and bottom of your cast-iron pan.


Step 2

Divide your prepared dough into 8 pieces.


Step 3

Place the dough balls in the pan. Add the butter cubes between the balls. Sprinkle the sugar over and pour the cream on top. Cover with the lid.


Step 4

Bake the bread in the oven for 30 minutes with the lid on. After that, remove the lid and let the bread brown for another 5–8 minutes.
